Terrence
Stevens founds organization to break the cycle
Terrence Stevens the Founder
and Executive Director of In Arms Reach, a nonprofit
art, music, prison visitation and mentoring organization
that exclusively services New York children whose parents
are or were formerly offenders of the criminal justice
system. Terrence was granted clemency and released
from prison on January 31, 2001, due to the tireless
efforts of his mother, Regina Stevens, and other members
of the NY Mothers of the Disappeared. For more information
